Date & Time Settings

Head to User settings to configure your platform with the relevant Date/Time formatting and user Time Zones.

Date Support

On an individual user basis, the Date/Time format can be easily configured with the following steps:

  • Select User Name from top right of any page
  • Select User Settings
  • Select Date & Time
  • Adjust settings inside the Date and time format widget

User Time Zone Support

When you first login your platform will automatically set the time zone based on the your device settings

These settings can be adjusted in the same way as the Date/Time page:

  • Select User Name from top right of any page
  • Select User Settings
  • Select Date & Time
  • Adjust settings inside the Date and time format widget

From here you are able to opt to disable automatic time zone detection and instead chose to override the settings with a time zone of your choosing.

Note: Please contact your Account Director to apply this global change. **System admins can also set the default Date & Time format configuration that will apply to any new users added to the platform. This will not retrospectively apply to existing users
